Important Information from

Luxx Rental

Luxx Rental charges a one-time $575.00 processing fee for managing and marketing your rental weeks. NOT COLLECTED AT POINT OF SALE. As a third-party company, this fee cannot be waived, reduced, or paid directly to or by the resort. The $575.00 payment must be completed within 30 days of this submission. After 30 days, the processing fee will increase to $625.00. A Luxx Rental representative will contact you in the coming weeks to assist with the next steps.

Please note that this processing fee is not included at the point of sale and is separate from any resort or membership-related purchase.

Luxx Rental does not guarantee specific rental dates, times of year, or months for when your weeks will be rented. Luxx Rental also does not guarantee lump-sum payments or payments based on anniversary dates. All payments are issued on a week-by-week basis, as each week is successfully rented.

Once you’ve completed your follow-up call with the resort, you can begin using the Luxx Rental marketing program at your convenience. To activate your listing, you must complete and return all Luxx Rental paperwork and submit a one-time setup fee of $575.

From there, we handle everything else, making it easy for you to start earning from your vacation ownership weeks. There’s real value in your timeshare weeks, many travelers are actively looking for high-quality resort stays just like yours!

Keep Your Membership Information Safe and Secure

Luxx Rental does not guarantee that your vacation weeks will be rented during a specific season or month. We also do not offer lump sum payments or disbursements on fixed dates, such as membership anniversaries or certain calendar months. Payments are made solely on a per-week basis after individual week(s) are successfully rented.

All payments from Luxx Rental for vacation week rentals will be made only after the rental is complete and confirmed by the home resort. Payments are made directly to the individual client of Luxx Rental as explained in our terms and conditions. Payments cannot be made directly to resorts, credit cards, or other third parties.

How much does it cost to get started with Luxx Rental?

To activate your listing with Luxx Rental, there is a one-time enrollment fee of $575. This fee is required within 30 days of registration and is not included in your initial purchase from the resort. As an independent third-party marketing company, this fee cannot be waived or paid through your resort. All agreements between individual clients and Luxx Rental will be in effect for five years from the inception date.

Does Luxx Rental guarantee when my weeks will be rented?

No. Luxx Rental cannot guarantee specific rental dates, seasons, months, or amounts. We promote your vacation ownership to a broad audience. Still, rental timelines depend on travel demand, seasonal interest, and many other factors. Vacation rental weeks are most commonly rented individually; thus, all payments are issued as weekly rentals once completed and confirmed by your home resort.

Are payments made in one lump sum or at a scheduled time?

Payments are only made as each week is rented. We do not issue lump sum payments or disburse funds on any predetermined dates, such as calendar months or membership anniversary dates. You’ll receive earnings only for weeks successfully rented and confirmed by your home resort.

Who handles the marketing, and where are my weeks promoted?

Luxx Rentals takes care of all the marketing for you. We partner with top vacation rental platforms, wholesalers, distributors, and leading travel providers throughout North America, Europe, and Latin America to showcase your vacation weeks to the broadest possible audience. This includes but is not limited to exposure on well-known sites like Airbnb, VRBO, Rent.com, Wander.com, FRBO.com, Hotpads.com, Rentalescapes.com, Byowner.com, Zillow.com, Livelovely.com, and Rentbits.com.

Is there a website or place where I can check the status of the rental and/or the anticipated check I should be getting via regular mail?

Your weeks are actively being promoted through multiple marketing and distribution channels by Luxx Rental, so there is no one website for you to track your weeks. As soon as we have a request that matches your inventory, we will notify you by email to obtain your final approval so we can request Krystal hold the week(s) under your contract number.

Your next notification will be when the rental is complete and confirmed by KIVC. At that point, we will also confirm the address to send the check to, and the checks are always sent by registered mail so you can track the delivery.

Is Luxx Rental affiliated with my resort?

Luxx Rental is a third-party rental marketing company operating independently of any resort. While your resort may refer you to our services, all fees and rental activities are managed directly through Luxx Rental.

When can I begin using the program?

You can participate once you’ve completed your follow-up call with the resort. Enrollment in our program includes completing all necessary forms and the one-time payment of $575. Once enrolled, Luxx Rental takes over your week’s listing and promotion process through our marketing channels. It’s simple, straightforward, and designed to help you maximize your vacation ownership

Can I still use my vacation weeks for personal travel after enrolling with Luxx Rental?

Absolutely. You retain full control over your vacation time as a Luxx Rental member. You’re free to use your weeks for personal stays at any time, there’s no requirement to notify us. The only exception is for weeks that already have confirmed reservations or for which rental income has been generated. Those specific weeks are no longer available for personal use.

How will I receive payment when my weeks are rented?

If you live in the United States or Canada, your rental payments will be mailed directly to you via paper check. For members living outside these regions, funds can be sent through ACH or bank wire transfer upon request, though an additional processing fee will apply for international transactions.

Are there any additional benefits included with my Luxx Rental membership?

No, Luxx Rental is solely focused on marketing and renting vacation ownership weeks on behalf of our members. We do not provide discounts or services related to flights, cruises, rental cars, excursions, or any other travel-related items.

Why can’t I edit the PDF form you sent me?

In most cases, this happens when the PDF is opened directly from the email, which may place the document in preview or read-only mode. To edit the form, please download the PDF to your computer or mobile device and open it using a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or another compatible PDF app.

Once opened locally, you should be able to complete the form, save it, and email it back to us.

If you’re unable to edit the PDF digitally, you may also print the document, complete it by hand, take clear photos or scans, and email them back to us.

What payment methods does Luxx Rental accept?

Luxx Rental is a U.S.-based third-party company and accepts credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) as well as debit cards that carry a Visa or Mastercard logo. We do not accept American Express.

If you are using a debit card, your financial institution may require you to pre-authorize or approve the charge before we are able to process the payment.

Please note that Luxx Rental does not have access to or visibility into the payment authorization process that occurred at the time of your original purchase, as that transaction was handled separately.

Can Luxx Rental help me book my vacation week or provide a password for booking?

No. Luxx Rental is an independent third-party company that specializes exclusively in marketing and renting vacation week(s) on behalf of owners to generate rental income. We do not handle personal vacation bookings and do not issue booking passwords.
